Yes. Many members use the Academy to better understand IVF decisions and timing strategies. If you're actively in an IVF cycle or making complex protocol decisions, the Clinical Path is generally the better fit.

Because trying to conceive rarely moves in a straight line. Cycles shift, labs change, and new questions come up over time. The Academy is designed to give you enough space to move through the 90-day system, apply what you learn across multiple cycles, and continue using Fertility Grand Rounds as your situation evolves. Six months is enough to do the work without becoming an open-ended container that loses momentum.

You graduate. You keep access to the community and the course material so you can continue to reference what you learned. If you'd like to stay actively connected to Grand Rounds and the full Academy resources, you can continue through our optional monthly maintenance membership.

First, congratulations. The Academy is designed to give you clarity and confidence in your decisions, and a positive test in month one or month three is a meaningful outcome of that work, not a wasted investment.
You'll keep your access for the full 6 months, which many women use to support implantation, early pregnancy decisions, and postpartum planning. After graduation, you can remain in the alumni community indefinitely. When you're ready to think about baby #2, returning alumni receive preferred pricing on a fresh enrollment.
