instant blood flow to the ovaries and uterus

Blood flow is everything for egg quality and lining quality.
The nutrients your follicle needs this cycle and the lining being built right now for implantation are carried by one thing: blood.
You already know this. It's why you've been taking supplements for blood flow, eating warm foods, and wearing warm socks.
This is genuinely good work on the inside, and they work slowly. The effects build over weeks and months. That’s just how the body responds.
But NONE OF THEM will deliver the actual nutrients that your ovaries and uterus need this cycle as quickly as using TEAS.
TEAS is different in one specific way. It increases blood flow within a 30-minute session when used properly.
This patient was on her 7th egg retrieval
Why it works
Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation.
It involves using a TENS unit (you may already have one) and placing the pads on specific acupuncture points that support your reproductive system.
A low-frequency pulse on the points dilates the blood vessels connected to your ovaries and uterus, and pushes more blood, oxygen, and hormones to your reproductive organs.
At the same time, the signal reaches the hypothalamus, the brain's hormone command center, helping regulate the GnRH, FSH, LH, and estrogen that drive follicle growth, ovulation, and lining development.
Backed by research
Nothing will boost blood flow faster than this.
Not castor oil with a heating pad that superficially warms the skin.
Not even red light therapy belts.
Red light cannot physically reach your ovaries. It penetrates a few millimeters to centimeters into tissue, and your ovaries sit far deeper than that.
TEAS has been studied in many clinical fertility settings over 20 years. Some of the results from most recent studies showed:
For women over age of 35: pregnancy rate was 49.7% in the group that used TEAS vs. 23.7% in the group that did not.
During IVF transfer: pregnancy rate was 30.8% vs. 13.9% in the group that used TEAS and did not use TEAS, respectively.
Overall pregnancy rate: In a meta-analysis of 19 clinical trials involving over 5300 women, the pregnancy rate was 43% higher in the group that used TEAS than in the group that did not.
Overall live birth rate: In the group that used TEAS, the live birth rate (actually taking a healthy baby home) was 42% higher than in the group that did not.

Questions you PROBABLY have
-
No. A standard TENS unit works, and the course includes a buying guide. Most cost under $50. You may already have one in your drawer.
-
About 30 minutes per session; 2-3 times per week is all you need. You can read, watch TV, or work while it runs.
-
Yes. TEAS has been studied extensively in clinical fertility treatment settings. If you are starting IVF (retrieval or transfer), I recommend our TEAS for IVF Prep course (coming soon). If you’re interested, send us a note, and we’ll put you on the waitlist.
-
TEAS is non-invasive and well tolerated in clinical research. The course covers contraindications and exactly when not to use it, including when to stop after ovulation.
-
TEAS is not a replacement for acupuncture. It is what I give my own acupuncture patients to extend the work between sessions. It stands on its own if you do not have access to a practitioner.
-
Legally, no one can promise you that, and you should walk away from anyone who does. What I can tell you: TEAS has been studied in thousands of women because it improves the conditions pregnancy depends on, blood flow, lining receptivity, and hormone signaling. Improving conditions is not a guarantee. It is what you can actually control.
-
Real, measurable ones. In clinical studies, TEAS has been shown to thicken the uterine lining, improve follicular response, and in some research, improve AMH in women over 35. These are changes your ultrasounds and labs can pick up, which is what separates TEAS from the practices you cannot verify. Between measurements, you will feel the session itself working, a gentle tingling at the pads. Do the protocol consistently. That is what the research studied.

Any point in your cycle except if you’re within 7 days of starting your cycle.
You have spent enough cycles hoping. Spend this one doing.
